FIRST Let's understand what do you mean by PARTNERSHIP

In simple words, Partnership means
the state of being a partner in business.

For example, Radha went into partnership with her sister and opened a shop in Sarojini Nagar.

IN ACCOUNTS, PARTNERSHIP MEAN, Relationship between person who have agreed to share profit  and losses of business carried on  by all or any of them acting for all.

 Ager jb bhi koi do log  aur do log( perosn / partners/) se jada ek  sath koi company  kholne ke liye investment ( i.e capital ) krte hai toh usse humlog Partnership bol sakte hai.

1  what is partnership deed ?

 Partnership deed is a written agreement among the partners detailing the term and condition  of the partnership.

now you can write this above  definition in your exam. But for knowledge you have to understand what does it mean 

So lets understand

partnership deed ka mtlb yee hota hai ki jb bhi partners invest krte hai toh unn dono ke beech ek written agreement hota hai..Jisme kuch conditions hoti hai ki jb bhi profit hoga toh kisko kitne percent  profit milega. and issi type ki bhaut si condition hoti hai.
